I was really looking forward to trying this chocolate, but unfortunately it arrived completely melted. It also took longer than expected to get here, which made the issue worse. The product in the picture looks amazing, but what I received didn’t match that quality. I would recommend adding extra ice packs or better packaging during shipping to make sure customers get the chocolate in good condition.

The product is great but just need to work out the shipping. Kinda hard to get chocolate in the mail during the summer. But if there was some way to schedule the drop off so it's not baking in the sun that would be great. Product was great. I just popped it into the freezer. Tasted delicious. Id recommend but maybe during the Winter due to shipping

Terrible packaging. Arrived melted with no cold pack. Its the middle of summer. Why wouldn't there be something to keep it cold.
